Sunny outlook for NSW property industry

The Sydney property market has started the new financial year with a sunny disposition, according to a recent survey.

The Property Council/ANZ Property Industry Confidence Survey for the September 2014 quarter polls 2,300 construction and property sector professionals around the country, gauging their outlook for the industry. In the state of New South Wales, 650 alone were polled.

Sydney outpaces other capitals in market growth

Sydney has again demonstrated why it’s such a great location for property investment, with the release of the RP Data-Rismark June Hedonic Home Value Index.

The Harbour City posted the highest home value growth out of all the other capitals, with a 15.4 per cent year-on-year increase in dwelling values. Its median dwelling price currently sits at $690,000, according to the report. … Read more »
